When a size reduction or change in material is needed, simply enter the Tailpiece code and then the Threadpiece code separated by a slash as shown below. A Dielectric 3000 lb. Screwed X MNPT Male Pipe Thread Union, 1/2" Tailpiece/1" Threadpiece, Buna N O-ring and 304 Stainless Tailpiece/Monel Threadpiece is coded as follows:
